As i've chosen not to share my kids on social I am a mom of 2 girls and a son. From a teen to a toddler life is wild as a mom and wife. They are my driving force and wouldn't be here without them.

I've been doing it since I was 24 but learned is a technique that was a term that emerged in Japan in 1982. Is really just taking a walk in the outdoors surrounded by trees.
As a woman combating anxiety has become a daily practice.

02. Forest Bathing

The clarity a notebook and pen can bring is powerful. Not only backed by science but changed my life.  
When I tend to overthink or feel overwhelm helps me tune back inwards. All the answers we seek are within us.

LMAO what?... 
Struggling with anxiety had to turn my love for coffee into tea. Is a way to self soothe and years later enjoy having it on a rainy afternoon. Best conversations happen over tea.
