Behind the scenes of Success with Jena Cash aka Soco Lashes

She has 123k followers her own academy, shop, and wholesale company. She is a very successful Lash industry pro who I have got the pleasure to have met since beauty school. This episode is back from february and is a deep talk into public failure, the importance of pivoting instead of failing, motherhood, mentoring and education including the hot topic of gatekeeping.
Jena created SoCo Lashes after being in the industry for over 18 years. Over the years, Jena has perfected various lashing techniques and methods, then began training and certifying other lash artists. From the love of teaching, Jena is now moving forward into the Lashing Industry to offer Physical training and online training. Lashing is Jena’s life work.
