Always on the go! Don’t need to eat don’t have time for time off don’t have time for this… sounds familiar.. I have been gone dealing with a couple of things and the changes I had to make to be a healthier version of myself. My real struggle which I know so many of us deal with but also the valuable lesson of the importance of self care thru forceful lessons
