I live in California and at the time of this Post, we are under Mandated Closure. How have I been connecting with my clients weekly? That is right through video. Right now more than ever being at home we all crave connection. I am missing my friends, family, and Esthetician. That is right, the mom at home with 3 kids is wishing she could instead be with her favorite esthetician because I miss her. Not the amazing work she does and how amazing she frames my face through her eyebrow work but I miss talking to her. Just like me, many of our guests, customers, clients, are missing that connection and with social media constantly saturated with ads and products, Do you think it is important to show up?
New customers and guests are right now shopping from home and looking for solutions. So what can you do to offer solutions? How can you help them while at home?
